Packages and cargo sent by air transport are insured for $8 per 1 kg of physical weight. This service is called "Basic Insurance" and is included in the cost of air transport. Basic insurance covers cases of shipment loss by the air carrier. If desired, you can use the "Additional Insurance" service. The cost of this service is 2% of the product value.

Your package will be stored at our warehouse in Ukraine for 14 calendar days free of charge. Further storage is paid and calculated according to the following rates: $0.1 per 1 kg of weight, but not less than $1 per package per calendar day starting from the 15th day. If a package remains at the warehouse for more than 60 calendar days, after this period expires it is subject to disposal... Disposal is the process of using unclaimed cargo at the company's discretion.
